Residential Home Inspector

Home inspections consist of doing a thorough walk-through of the home checking for any signs of structural and mechanical problems and safety issues. When the inspection is complete, the customer is informed of what is wrong with their home and the cost to remedy the problems is assessed. This also leads to the right choice on what the buyer will be investing in for their future.

Commercial Property Inspector

Commercial inspections consist of a thorough walk-through of the property to assess the structure, mechanics, and overall safety of the building. Afterward, a meeting with the customer will take place to discuss the overall problems and what the cost of this investment property will run as a business or an investment property so they can be sure they are buying a property that suits their needs to promote their business or investment.
